This is a rough guide to a typical training week in Brothers Pearse. Things change occasionally and all updates are made known through Club Zap. Some examples of the detailed sessions are in the links below.
Monday - Easy Run Night - every level is catered for - so if you are slow or fast, or can run only 5k, we will look after you.
Tuesday - Intervals Night. Sessions vary and are advertised on Club Zapp. An easy run is also available.
Tuesday morning - Intervals at 9.15 am in Cherryfield at the Club Container if this time suits your work life balance.
Wednesday - Intervals as per Tuesday + an easy run if that is what you prefer.
Thursday - EasyRuns Night.
Friday can be your day off!
Saturday TempoSession in Marlay Park - 8am or 9am at the Cricket Pitch. Followed by a coffee and a chat!
Saturday and Sunday Long Runs are usually posted on Facebook.
We are intent on looking after every runner as best we can. The craic and chats at every session is what makes our club special.You will love the atmosphere.
