Juvenile Training Information

Brothers Pearse Juvenile AthleticsClub is a vibrant, healthy and dynamic environment for juveniles of all ages with an interest in athletics. The club has been running since 1956 and has had many successful athletes pass through its gates. We provide a safe atmosphere for all children where they can socialize and train. The training provided is designed to maximize every child’s capability in order to allow them to reach their full potential. The coaches have many years of experience and will make sessions fair, active and fun as possible.

Brothers Pearse Juvenile section consists of 2 main groups.

Little Athletics caters for children aged 6 – 8

Little Athletics introduces young kids to athletics in a fun way. We focus on a game and activity based program which allows for the development of coordination and basic fitness. We transition the kids from Little Athletics into formal training and competition during the year they turn 8.

Juveniles section caters for juveniles aged 8 - 17

The sessions at the club focus on two main seasons: cross country and track. Despite training hard and preparing for competition we actively promote training that is appropriate to all levels.  The strong inclusivity ethos in the club caters for those of all abilities.

As a club we hope to enhance your child’s abilities with skills they can carry with them through life and make them healthier and happier.
