Sunday runs at various paces and distances are organised throughour members-only discussion group on facebook.
Monday - watch for Ailish Hudson post about an easy run from the Speaker Connolly hill car park . Be ready to warm up at 6.50pm ..
Tuesday and Wednesday - meet at the Speaker Connolly car park at 6.50pm .
Warm up will include the jog up to the second bridge.
Session is 3 x 1k continuous run. First K at marathon pace, second K at half marathon, last K at 10k pace. We will do 3 sets with 2mins recovery between sets.
We will use the 1k lap that we have used before. Hopefully it wont be too busy.
You have all done this 'Marathon Mission ' session before. So please do not forget the importance of getting the pace right on your first 1K. Approx 15 secs differential on each of the next two Ks . Please help each other, especially new members who will not have experienced this session before. It is tough doing it the first time. It will be a different feeling to what we have experienced in recent weeks.
Thursday - watch for Alan Fairbrother post about an easy run . I am sure he will be meeting at Cherryfield at 6.50pm .
Saturday
Tierneys Tempo as usual at the cricket pitch in Marlay at 9am (warmed up and ready to go) . Some may start earlier.
Tallaght Track - available at 11am to 12pm . Do a session on the track if that suits you.
Sunday - post your long run arrangements on the group fbook page.
